I’m registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledge the completion of ashtanga and vinyasa flow yoga teacher training with registered yoga schools.

My yoga class is more focusing on alignment and balancing between strength and mobility . 
My teaching style is powerful and passionate about ashtanga vinyasa. Base on my ashtanga practice I always providing efficient adjustments for my students.Normally the class is about 75-90mins combinate with meditation, pranayama or short yoga Nidra.
