Hiya,
I am practicing yoga since 2009. I completed my 50h Yin Yoga and 200h Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in 2021.
In 2022 I took part in a teacher training for yoga pré and post natal with the Institut de Gasquet in France.
My next training is planned to be Kids Yoga :-)
