Michelle has a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone. Her classes provide a balanced practice supporting students to build their strength and flexibility whilst finding softness and stillness. Michelle completed her yoga teacher training with Balance Yoga in Sydney, Australia and has been practicing for over 10 years and through two pregnancies. Michelle enjoys providing the space for clients to move, to feel into their own body and to connect with their breath helping to quieten the mind.
Michelle Cull is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS)
