Tiffany Nation is the wife and mother to her two favorite dudes. She is the keeper of the crazy family schedule, an amateur watercolor painter and craft creating spirit.
During the pandemic Tiffany stumbled across an online Yin Yoga class, which is what began her journey to loving yoga. Through taking these online yoga classes she found a community where she discovered ways to find peace in a time when the world was in midst of a pandemic.
Her favorite practices are yin and restorative, but also loves a good slow flow.
Tiffany wanted to share the gift of yoga and so she completed her 200 hour teacher training with the Yoga & Ayurveda Center.
As a plus size woman she is looking forward to encouraging others who might not feel confident enough to make it to the mat by showing them that yoga really is a gift for everyone.
There's so much more to know about yoga than just the asanas. Plus, I really hope to help open the door to Yoga for those who might be too nervous to try something new.
