With an extensive background in Ice Dance and fitness I first came to yoga to heal a torn hamstring and soon discovered that Yoga was essential for my health and happiness.
Yoga has been a part of my life for 20 years and has helped me heal from physical injury and emotional wounding from early childhood traumas. Yoga brings me into the moment, into my breath and challenges me on every level; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The daily practice keeps my energy high vibrational and helps to remove blockages and obstacles.
As a life long student of the practice I am so grateful for the wisdom I have gained from all of my teachers and the well being that comes from this discipline.
In my classes I love to share creative vinyasa flow sequencing and a sense of play to inspire and nurture my students. It is my hope that my students will find an inclusive environment and a safe space for healing leaving the mat with a renewed sense of peace, purpose, self acceptance and joy.
