I started practicing yoga 7 years ago in a hard time in my life.
Something told me that I only had to take care of myself, to be comfortable with the peaople.
During the pandemic I decided to increase my knowledge of this wonderful discipline and I attended a Teacher Training.
I started to teach Vinyasa Yoga at the end of June 2021 and I'm very glad to do it.
I'm now a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
