A Registered Yin Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and a Certified "Mindfulness Meditation Teacher" from the Greater Good Science Center of Berkeley University, Bibi Rosa's journey is a harmonious blend of academic rigour and experiential wisdom.
With the guidance of esteemed mentors Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, and Carole Melkonian, she has delved deeply into the transformative practices of Insight and Mindfulness Meditation, while also immersing herself in the rich traditions of Somatic healing and Buddhist lineages, spanning Mahayana and Theravada traditions. Her spiritual odyssey has led her to study and teach in monasteries across Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bali, India, Cambodia, Canada and 30 more countries enriching her teachings with a diverse tapestry of wisdom and practice.
Bibi Rosa's teaching philosophy is rooted in the power of experiential learning. She ardently believes that genuine wisdom emanates from personal experience, ensuring that her teachings resonate authentically with her students. Since 2017, she has been sharing her insights in both English and Persian (Farsi), serving as a bridge between cultures and languages.
She has had more than 5000 students working directly with her through years.
A dedicated member of CIMS, Bibi Rosa has hosted traditional Vipassana and modern Mindfulness Retreats across continents, including Canada, Turkey, India, Nepal, Cambodia, and Bali. Her Karma Yoga and Live Meditations in Persian (Farsi) have touched the lives of hundreds weekly since 2018, creating a ripple effect of healing, transformation, and collective consciousness.
