Elaine Morash is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Elaine has lived in Port Perry close to 30 years with her husband Kevin and raised their children Chelsea and Dylan. Elaine retired from her professional career as a first line responder and became a RYT200 in 2016 and in 2019 graduated from Balanced Life Yoga's wonderful program RYT300 attaining the RYT500 certification.

Elaine has worked at Port Perry Flowyoga as a yoga teacher  and developed a program for the community called karma yoga Sundays, where monthly Elaine offered  free classes to benefit Operation Scugog and senior in Long Term Care at Port Perry Place.  It was important to Elaine to give back to her community that served her and her family so well.

Elaine wanted to expand her teaching to include different styles of yoga and is now the primary yoga teacher  at Anytime Fitness in Port Perry.

Elaine is available for private yoga classes in your home.  Elaine is certified in CPR and first aid and has been double vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus. 

Elaine is also available to teach as part of a non-profit fundraiser to assist the community of Port Perry.

Elaine's wish is for more acceptance and the pursuit of an abundance of joy and  personal growth.  Her mantra is popular.  Progress, not perfection and yoga can be done anywhere
