Caroline Jane is a Registered Yoga Teacher ( RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance, which recognises the completion of a yoga teacher training with a registered Yoga School ( RYS). Caroline trained with Michelle Young from My Vinyasa Practice based in Austin, Texas. Caroline has also undergone specialist training in Trauma Informed Yoga with particular attention paid to PTSD which ensures her classes are a safe and welcoming space for all. Having practised Vinyasa Flow for many years, Caroline has recently undergone training in the Ashtanga Primary Series. 

Caroline's interests lie in teaching spiritually-oriented yoga, with the view that yoga offers opportunities for somatic healing through regulating the nervous system and deepening the relationship with self. The beauty of yoga lies within its invitation to self inquiry, fostering greater compassion within and without. 

As a trained sound therapist, Caroline has trained in the healing arts of sound with Jonathan Goldman in Colorado, Tone of Life in Poland and attended singing workshops with Sheila Whittaker in the UK. Caroline is a trained classical singer and community drum circle facilitator. She combines her passion for yoga with voice and breath work.
