Melissa W. Valentine is a Physical Therapist, Yoga Teacher. Her unique form of teaching blends diverse techniques learned over 25 years of training and hands-on experience working with illness and injury including experience as a Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer and Ayurvedic Counselor in addition to Physical Therapy and Yoga. 

In addition to teaching group classes including Gentle Flow, Teen Yoga, Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Restorative Yoga.  Melissa has taught Anatomy to  YA Teacher Training students and experienced Yoga Teachers for 8 years.

Melissa is recognized as a Experienced Yoga Teacher, a Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider and a graduate of PYTI - a program dedicated to evidence-based practice for healthcare professionals.
