I am an ISHTA-trained 200-hour Registered Yoga teacher, currently working to complete the additional 300-hour training. After practicing yoga for more the two decades, I decided to dig deeper into the practice when i found myself with more flexible time during the peak of the Covid pandemic. I began teaching friends and family, and soon realized that the training not only changed my perspective in terms of how to live with more presence, awareness and intention, but allowed me to discover how much I love sharing the practice with others. I am grateful to be teaching a community class in my town, West Cornwall, CT, and I seek to continue to evolve my practice and teaching.
