Bridget Malloy (Ultravioletglam Yoga) is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). In addition, Bridget is certified in Reiki (level I), Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She practices alternative methods of healing using creativity, herbs, crystals, moon energy and essential oils as well as chakra balancing and mindfulness meditation. She is a Wild Woman Circle Leader and has been teaching creative souls for over 20 years in NYC.
