Hi! I'm Diana and I'm a 200Hour yoga YTT yoga teacher. I offer small private classes from my home in Ramsgate, and offer one-to-one teaching. I specialise in Yin yoga and also teach hatha yoga. As a Reiki Master and complementary therapist, I bring an awareness of  the body from an energetic point of view as well as an awareness of trauma and how it may affect students.
