As an optimystic, I am equal parts creative wild child who loves the moon and obsessively organized planner who loves problem solving.

Movement saved my life. It began with yoga in 2010 and became so much more. Since then I’ve devoted myself to learning about movement from a place of healing, self-love and the symbiotic relationship our movement has with our mental health.

Countless classes, workshops, courses, and certifications in a variety of modalities later, I’ve learned to integrate and alchemise the symbiotic relationship our movement has with our mental health.

Earned my first 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor RYT200, from 5 Elements Yoga & Pilates under the tutelage of Michelle Cormack in 2012; and have studied with several other inspiring teachers such as Maria Garre, Rod Stryker, Seane Corn, Leslie Kaminoff, Sadi Nardini and Bo Forbes. Completing a Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist training with Kathryn Templeton through the Himalayan Institute was to deepen my knowledge of wellness & health. In 2015 my studies led me to the teachings of Shiva Rea to complete an additional 200 hour training, as part of my journey to complete the 300 hour YTT.

Other movement modalities that compliment my yoga journey:

Steel Mace Flow Coach (Level 1) with Honours with creator Leo Savage

Acroyoga Teacher with Dave “SuperDave” Ung at Flow360

Durability & Foundations Certification from the Onnit Academy in Texas

Mat Pilates Intructor from Body Harmonics located in Toronto

Since 2011 the years, I’ve led and guided movement classes, workshops, corporate events and presented on stages — both locally and internationally — with the mission to share movement as medicine.

Let’s face it, healing isn’t linear and neither is movement. Time and time again, life has shown me that movement shifts stagnant energy and is the catalyst for so much more.

I move so that my body feels good because I want to feel good. And I do all of these because I, like you, am navigating this thing called life and I’ve decided I want to thrive, not merely survive. And I want to evolve, not just revolve; through all the ups and downs, arounds, and inside outs.

Every offering is uniquely crafted around your vision and needs for your business. So, whether you are looking for another instructor to add to your roster or a speciality workshop facilitator. Leading classes in-person, or guiding online movement or wellness sessions with your team. I got you!
