I bring together HeartMath tools (building emotional resilience) with therapeutic application of Yoga (personalized Asana practice, breathing techniques, meditation, visualization, affirmations, Yoga Nidra, etc.). I believe it is as equally important to physically exercise to keep ourselves healthy, happy and balanced, as to practice emotional resilience through building awareness around our emotional energy and understanding how the expenditure of that energy can support or hinder our growth throughout all dimensions of our lives.

I offer private - crafted to one's personal needs - in person and via Zoom sessions.
