My aim is to help you understand and experience the less tangible mental and emotional sides of yoga while forming a stronger, more compassionate connection to your body.
For me, yoga is a very holistic practice and so I strongly believe these aspects are of equal importance to the physical movements. I hope you’ll enjoy exploring the inner workings of your mind-body connection with me - it’s fascinating stuff!
