I’m Sarah Bergdahl, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) from Moscow, Idaho. I am passionate about teaching yoga that is appropriate for each unique person and inclusive of every body in the room. While I can and do teach the yoga that is right for each person, I emphasize yoga practices that address the nervous system in healthy, gentle ways. Knowing your body type (or dosha) can be a helpful first step in ascertaining what type of yoga might best provide you with healthy, satisfactory movement. The more you know and learn about your body, the better you can care for it. I aim to help all my yoga students practice yoga mindfully in a way that benefits their unique body type and their whole self – body, mind, and spirit. I offer fusion, mindful, and resilience-building yoga classes. I am also available for one-on-one and small group yoga instruction and kids’ yoga instruction.
