I teach Hatha Yoga incorporating Ayurveda, the Chakras and Kripalu and Ashtanga Yoga, to guide my students through a wellness based practice. Using the breath as an anchor, students move through a series of asana that invites the body to be explorative, watching and feeling and allowing the body to breathe with movement.
I offer a compassionate practice designed to be modified for every body type, making space to explore the boundaries between effort and ease.
Offerings include: Ashtanga Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga; Meditation for Beginners; Pranayama for Beginners, private sessions, online options and fitness and group sessions.
