Paris born and raised, with a master’s degree in Management and Marketing from La Sorbonne University, Severine has been US-based for nine years and worked at  “One of America’s most JUST Companies” for the past five years. While she managed a team at work and raised her two children on her own during the day, she dedicated her nights to her passion for Yoga and fascination for mental health. It was during these midnight hours that she discovered: "Yoga is therapy".

Her travels, studies, mixed culture and research, as well as her years of experience and observations in her professional career, have led her to raise important questions as to the role of the mind. She believes in the undeniable results of engaged yoga and mindfulness practice in supporting one’s personal growth, self-esteem and general well-being.

Very attuned to children’s needs and challenges, Severine is passionate about teaching tweens/ teens. It is at this stage that the connection between mind-body and environment is most needed, and proper guidance can make a difference for a lifetime. During her classes, she takes students on a journey of self discovery, navigating the river of thoughts and ocean of emotions, while developing their growth mindset.

Yoga certified teacher for adults and children, Severine is known for her unique approach, creative classes and joy for life. She understands how to hold space and develop tools to help students feel good, create positive thought-process habits and healthy emotional patterns, both on and off the mat.
