I teach Align and Flow, Yin, Restorative, Pre / Postnatal and kids' yoga. I also facilitate pranayama and meditation classes.
My practice and teachings are the fruit of my 20+ years of the movement and healing arts path, and are also constantly evolving, just like life itself!
I teach a blend of precise physical alignments, invitations to personal exploration and energy work. My classes are fun, informative and non-competitive, and I share my experience with generosity, curiosity and big smiles.
I have taught in Martial Arts Schools, Yoga and Dance Studios, Retreat Centers, Elementary Schools, parks and private homes in Asia, Europe and the USA.
