Margaret Jessop, PsyD is a child psychologist and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). 

Dr. Jessop runs workshops for children and parents that combine information about imagination, mindfulness, neuroscience, and yoga to help children and parents lower their anxiety and anger and build a more mindful mindset. Her workshops are offered both in-person and virtually since the pandemic started and her books are available on Amazon.com and her local yoga studio Beyond Zen in Granger Indiana.
