Elisabet is a 200h Certified Yoga Instructor from Barcelona (Spain) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing yoga since she moved to Toronto in 2014, and has found that yoga has helped her to feel grounded and to grow stronger, more flexible and fearless. As a child, she took part in gymnastics, and finds that yoga helps her to find the balance within breath and movement. Yoga has been inspiring her to live each moment more mindfully, which is how she enjoys teaching her classes - focusing on the breath in every asana. She holds calm and deep classes, combining asanas with inspirational thoughts, seeking to help others to thrive and live with purpose and empowerment.
She loves guiding people through mindfulness coaching and energy healing, so she holds different certifications in Reiki L1, L2, Mindfulness and SUP Yoga to enrich her sessions and experiences with additional knowledge.
She is the founder of Thruyoga, where she helps individuals and groups to be more present, to find comfort into discomfort and embrace their inner-self through the practice of yoga, both in-person and remotely. She also offers different experiences in nature through a learning-by-doing experience that includes yoga as a main activity, plus meditation, journaling, power circles and more.
