As a lifelong student and constant traveller, I am grateful to have had yoga as a companion for 14 years. I love teaching flowing, classical yoga that develops the breath, restores energy and gives students confidence in their bodies. With a good done of playfulness and humour, my aim is to help you develop your own awareness as you build strength, flexibility, and balance.
I completed a 200 Classical Hatha course with Prana Yoga College in Vancouver and followed it with the 500 (including Restorative and Entrainment) again with Prana, in Tel Aviv, Israel. I am grateful to my teachers for sharing their wisdom that yoga is a way to come back to yourself through awareness of the breath, the body and the mind. Slow yoga is advanced yoga!
