Cynthia is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School. (RYS). She has been practicing yoga since she was 6 years old and 8 years ago began a dedicated practice and felt the calling to teach. Since receiving her credentials, Cynthia opened Your Yoga, a small yoga studio, with a passion to share yoga with her community and support her students along their yoga journey. She offers in studio classes, descriptions of which can be found on her website at Yorkyouryoga.com. Cynthia is currently a E-RYT200 and RYT 300 certified teacher, and also hold certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, and Mindfulness for Daily Living. In addition to yoga, Cynthia is a certified Aromatherapist.
