Luke is a Yoga Master (YCB level 4) certified by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. He is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance. He specialises in teaching the internal aspects of yoga (antaranga yoga) and teaches yoga nidra, dharana practice, chakra balancing and meditation. He is also teaching Japanese tea ceremony across several locations in China.

Luke's sadhana/personal practice is based on the teachings of Swami Sivananda who founded the Divine Life Society and Swami Rama who founded the Himalayan Institute of Yoga. He has been pursuing further studies in meditation techniques, yoga philosophy and yoga psychology.

Luke offers individual and small group classes conducted in person or online upon request in one of the following languages, Cantonese Chinese, English, French and Mandarin Chinese. He also teaches in a couple of RYS200 and RYS300 programmes.
