Hi, I'm Lucie! I'm a 200-hour yoga teacher based in Manchester, UK.
I love exploring and being constantly inspired by new things. Photography and writing have always been a way for me to express myself and my emotions. A few years ago, I discovered yoga and its incredible therapeutic effects on my body and mind, and it quickly became part of my everyday life.
I know taking time for ourselves can be hard, but it is essential for mental and physical health. My goal is to help create a space where you feel good and safe and let all your worries melt away. I would love to help you build a mindful routine that nourishes your body and soul on and off the mat.
