Hi I'm Gloria. I trained as a Yoga teacher as I was approaching retirement in the NHS. I worked as a Mental Health Nurse in Northern Ireland for 37 years and retired in November 2021. I moved to Spain following retirement and I now teach yoga and mindfulness and specialise in Yoga for good mental health and for those who are struggling with addictions, as I have experienced first hand the benefits of Yoga for managing stress and mental health problems. I like to teach Yoga in the great outdoors in Nature where possible as I feel this has added benefits for our mental and physical health. My classes last approx 1 hour in duration. I also offer private 1-1 yoga sessions and tailor the class to suit specific needs.
