While traveling the world as an executive for a Canadian university, Émilie discovered the healing power of yoga. After years of practice and inspirational encounters, she founded the Yogic Healing Path, a space where women can come to reconnect with themselves, heal and transform their lives.
Specialized in helping trauma survivors through yoga therapy, Émilie is continuously studying new techniques to expand her offerings to the community. From Power Yoga Flow to Power Yin Yoga, blending breathing exercises and coaching, Émilie offers to her clients a unique way to improve their wellness and recovery journey.
Strong advocate of equity, diversity and inclusion, Emilie is mindful of making yoga accessible and designs all her sequences accordingly, offering variations to “meet” her students where they are.
Graduated from the Yoga and Ayurveda Center, Émilie is a RYT 500 teacher and also holds a Master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention. As a practitioner, Emilie regularly acts as a consultant for leaders seeking to improve the group dynamics and mental wellness of their team.
