Elia is the Founder of Wild Wonder Wellness - a brave space for exploring and coming home to one’s wholeness, worthiness and wellness. With a vision to create more trauma-informed spaces in the community and lead the way in making embodied healing practices the ‘new normal’ in the field of mental health, she aims to integrate the practices of yoga and mindfulness with wellness coaching for working with individuals who have been exposed to trauma in their personal and professional journeys. She believes that the world needs more people who are living in connection with their wholeness and in alignment with their authentic selves. She intends to be part of the movement that facilitates the holistic healing of one’s mind, body and spirit, thus allowing people to come alive to their fullest potential.
As a former social worker, Elia has half a decade of experience in the specialised field of family violence and child protection, which includes providing holistic case management and counselling services for multi-stressed families as well as adult and child survivors of interpersonal violence. As a believer in life-long education and personal development, she continues to grow her knowledge and skills through reading and participating in online courses.
