Eddy D. Lathan IV is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).  He studied and trained at Parimukti in Goa, India, earning his teacher certification in meditation and yoga.  He teaches multiple styles of yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative) and meditation  classes.  Eddy has worked with various ages from 0 to 80 years old as well as backgrounds, cultures, religious ideologies, and communities.  He continues to study, train and work within the various talents and skills that he possesses. In addition he is a multidisciplinary artist and teaching artist.
