Carine HITCHCOCK is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher trainings with Registered Yoga Schools (RYS).

She has completed a 200h YTTC in Vinyasa Flow in February 2021 with the lead teacher Rachel A Berryman from Tirana Yoga. 

She also holds a 60h Yin Yoga Certificate from Bodsphere with the lead teacher Samarthya Bhatnagar, completed in December 2021. 

She has also completed a 15h Certification in Adjustments & Class Facilitation for Yoga Teachers in January 2022.

She primarily provides private sessions or small group classes to cater to the individual needs of her students more effectively. 

Her classes are typically tailored on the spot, responding to the energy she senses from her students.
