Giorgia is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
She practiced Bikram yoga for about 8 years, before meeting Vinyasa Flow. As she started wondering about yoga and its different aspects, she decided to start a YTT to understand more. When she started teaching she felt like she had finally landed where she was supposed to be.
She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga in its traditional form, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga. She is also a Yoga Nidra practitioner.
