Lynda Phelan began her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training back in 2017 with The Kilkenny School of Yoga, Ireland. She has been teaching yoga in Ireland ever since. Lynda has completed further specialized training in the area of Yoga for Trauma, Yoga for Sexual Trauma, HIIT Yoga, and Meditation. Lynda is also a certified Ayurvedic Health Counsellor and Holistic Health Coach. Lynda is currently a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
