I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance since 2021, but I actually have been practicing yoga for over 17 years.
My style of yoga is very fluid, with a mixture of yin and vinyasa with a focus on the purpose of each practice.
I teach students to be connected with their bodies, instead of following what we see in the media. Yoga is a personal journey, so I help teach each person to be connected in their own way, that is comfortable for their body and spirit.
