Hanna is a 200hr RYT with over 200hrs additional training. She teaches a range of styles from Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Rocket and Power to Yin, Restorative, Nidra, Pre & Post Natal, Child and Teen yoga.
With a love for travel, Hanna has spent the last few years teaching all over the world from Sri Lanka to Morocco. Taking inspiration from yogic philosophy to teach creative flows that look to inspire and build confidence, she is passionate about anatomy and the benefits of self-awareness through movement and breath.
Hanna focuses on sharing the benefits of yoga through asana, pranayama and meditation and aims to offer a space for students to release, reset, and reconnect.
