Sissy Castillo is an inspired yoga teacher who honors and values a traditional yoga practice. She has trained extensively since 2014 in the methods of Kriya yoga, as taught by her teacher Dawn Yager, Swami Ambikananda.
Her style of teaching is supportive yet challenging, as she encourages her students to work hard and maintain discipline, while also cultivating patience and compassion on and off the mat.
With a focus on functionality over fashion, Sissy believes in helping students use their bodies the way that they are designed to be used. Promoting a higher quality of life for all. In this approach, Sissy combines pranayama, asana, meditation and mantra in a way that is accessible to all different walks of life.
