Nicola has been sharing the transformational practice of Yoga for five years. Her experience in Dance, especially the relationship of music and the body, bleeds into her teachings. Trained in Hatha Yoga, Nicola shares these learnings as well as those from her recent studies in Chinese Medicine and Yin yoga. Nicola also offers Embodied Mame, a nourishing pre and postnatal yoga practice.
Bred and born in South Africa, Nicola is currently based in Essex, UK.
