I am so very grateful to have received my 200hr training in 2019 through Laughing Lotus San Francisco, under the mentorship of Jasmine Tarkeshi, Brima Jah and Adriana Feliciana. I find joy in marrying a soulful, creative Lotus Flow-style class with yoga philosophy for the times we live in and inspiring and playful playlists to complement our movement.
Having been fortunate enough to gain experience teaching a handful of in-person community classes at Laughing Lotus SF before the pandemic hit, I am now available to teach online through Zoom.
