Lindsay Winokur has a passion for fitness and healthy living with a desire to educate and motivate others towards meeting their goals. Working in the fitness industry since 2003, Lindsay has extensive experience in Yoga, group exercise and personal training.
A Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with over 500 hours of YTT education, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, and Nidra, Lindsay is also a certified Fitness Instructor (FIS) and Personal Trainer (PTS) with canfitpro.
Lindsay teaches Yoga in Toronto at GoodLife Fitness and her private studio (beFit4women.com).
