I am a yoga teacher based in Cheltenham, I have been teaching yoga since 2020 and I have been practicing yoga since 2012.

I hold a 200hr Yoga Alliance qualification and I am due to complete my 500hr advanced yoga teacher training this June.

My classes are accessible for all abilities, whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi. I lead my classes with a heavy focus on Santosha- which is the sanskrit word for contentment, being okay with things the way they are. I believe only when we truly accept ourselves and our ability can we practice yoga to our full capabilities.

40hr Ashtanga Trained with Ian Davis (graduating August 2023)

50hr Restorative Trained with Anna Ashby, Adam Hocke and Sarah Williams

Mindfullness Meditaion Trained Level 2  with Cindi Lee
