After living for several years in Sydney, Madrid and Paris, and going through years of anorexia-bulimia, the practice of yoga "saved my life" and I became a passionate yogini.
Although very stiff, with a rounded back...I have learned to adapt my practice with patience and humility. Yoga is wonderful in that it allows us to tame body and mind.
As an EFAY & Yoga Alliance International certified teacher, I teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Pre & Postnatal Yoga.
Teaching allows me to share my experience and to bring softness, well-being and letting go... all that I hold dearest in me.
