Maria Stallings is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is a certified Relax and Renew Level 1 Restorative Yoga teacher.

Maria is a survivor of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and works with the TBI community, and people with various mobilities.
