Hi! I have been a yoga practitioner for years and I'm thrilled to now be a RYT!
I'm also licensed as a professional mental health counselor and incorporate yogic teachings in my practice as well.
I love to share self-care and self-love and gladly meet you where you are to help you find your own wisdom. I'm interested in helping you incorporate yoga practices - breath, asana and principles into your mind-body-spirit work.
For now, I am focusing on helping individuals or small groups. I can help you create a yoga practice that is most meaningful to you. I have a heart to help:
*anyone who has struggled with codependency,
* empaths and sensitive people,
* and those who have or are seeking emotional wellness.

I'm also trained in Emotional Freedom Technique, Trauma-Informed Art for Mental Health and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. .I also have a creative brand Wanda Petunia, based on my imaginary pig friend Wanda. I love incorporating her in yoga sessions too.
