Hi! I have been a yoga student for years and licensed as a professional mental health counselor for 25 years.
I love to share yoga teachings as part of my therapy support and seek to help you incorporate yoga practices - breath, asana and principles into your mind-body-spirit work.
For now, I am focusing on helping individuals or small groups. I can help you create a yoga practice that is most meaningful to you. I have a heart to help:

As a trained Natural Mindfulness Nature Guide, I also love the outdoors and would love to share yoga outside in nature!
I'm also trained in Emotional Freedom Technique, Expressive Arts Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. My creative brand Wanda Petunia is inspired by my imaginary pig friend Wanda. I love incorporating her in yoga sessions too.
