My nam is Armaghan .

I am a yoga instructor, and researcher in the history and philosophy of yoga.

I currently live in Wernigerode, Germany .

I have been interested in yoga since I was a child.  I even read books and researched in this field.  I attended yoga classes as a teenager and finally made a serious decision to become a yoga instructor.

I see yoga as an important part of the future of human life.  And I want to be involved in the development and sharing of yoga.

And because of this, I am constantly learning more about yoga, practicing, researching, and wanting to honestly share my experiences with yoga students.
