I teach asanas and pranayama in Warsaw, Poland (more info www.ashtangawarszawa.pl). My personal practice is Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. I participated in the TTC with Manju Jois, where I studied the 1^st and 2^nd series of Ashtanga Yoga. I took courses on yoga anatomy with David Keil and Stu Girling. I study pranayama under the direction of Sudhir Tiwari (Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute). Since I studied philology and philosophy, I got interested in the history and theory of yoga. I took numerous courses at Yogic Studies and The Oxford Center for Hindu Studies (OCHS) on classical yoga texts and theories (Yoga Sustra, Bhagavadgita, Hathapradipika, Upanishads and Shaivism). I study Sanskrit with Zoe Slatoff-Ponte at OCHS where I have finished the 7^th semester. I write articles and do interviews for Polish yoga magazines and portals. I’m a co-owner and key contributor of a specialized portal dedicated to yoga (www.omline.expert) which provides courses on asanas, mediation, pranayama, yoga anatomy, mantras as well as yoga history and philosophy.
