Hello,

I have been practicing yoga for 25+ years and I am a certified RYT-500 yoga teacher and registered with Yoga Alliance since 2020. I am certified in Kids Yoga with GogoKids (USA) and YogaKiddy Academy (BE). I give yoga classes 100% adapted to children, combined with Mindfulness and Brain Gym in different places in Belgium (both in Wallonie and in Flandre), and I also organize a workshops around kids yoga. I love working with children, but after receiving my Trapeze (2020) and Gravity (2021) yoga certificate. I teach Trapeze yoga in a Fitness Studio twice a week and I give several classes in the community centre in Herent. You can join me also to my Karma yoga class (Yoga Stretching) in Winksele under the Viaduct each Wednesday (Open Gym). I teach in different languagues, depends on the students, sometimes the classes itself are multilingual (EN, FR, HU and a bit NL).
