I am a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Remedial Massage Therapist.
With each phase of my life I have been fascinated with my own ability to train my body to perform better, as well as using physical activity to maintain good emotional and physical health. I tried myself in football, handball, tennis, table tennis, squash, rowing, wall climbing, aerobics, marathon running, indoor cycling, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, Shotokan, chi kung, Thai Chi. I have been doing meditation for 15 years.

I focus on working gently and intelligently to encourage the body to go into postures or to make movements safely and effectively, but only when the body is ready.
The practices are extremely beneficial for back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee problems, general muscle aches/pains or stiff joints.
