Magdalena is a Budapest based automotive professional, traveller and yoga teacher.
She started her journey with yoga in 2016, seeking quiet concentration that would balance constant rush and pressure of a corporate life. It had soon turned out that yoga not only helped Magdalena get calmer, but also improved her flexibility, strength, balance, enhanced her immune system and become an important part of her life.
After four years of travelling with a mat and daily practice done in hotels, hostels, motels and airports, Magdalena decided to share her experience and enthusiasm with others and become a yoga teacher.
Her favourite styles are yin, chair and restorative, for they prove that everyone can make profound changes just by taking simple steps.
Magdalena’s mission is to help her clients take this conviction from the mat to their daily lives, so that they could set their targets with more confidence and enjoy the journey towards their dreams.
