Birgitte is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance. 

I completed a 200hr Teacher Training with Kula Yoga in 2020 and thus qualified to teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. 

Just as yoga needs to flow and move to not get stuck, so do we. This let me to study other aspects of yoga, and I am now also qualified to teach Yin Yoga and Mandala Vinyasa. 

I did my Yin Teacher Training at Wuji Academy, Copenhagen (60 h) and the Mandala Vinyasa at Iluma Studio, Copenhagen with Dulce Aguilar and Jamie Clarke (25 h) 

My way to the yoga mat came through meditation. Having experienced the benefits of quieting the mind through meditation enabled me to see the further benefits of connecting  body, mind and breath through yoga.

Since 2017 yoga has been a consistent part of my day and a permanent contributor to happiness and wellbeing. 

These qualities of calm, insight, connection to self and others - as well as the joy of creative movement -  is what I strive to pass on to the students in my classes.
