She has practiced yoga for more than 20 years. Certified under Yoga Alliance in Guadalajara, Mexico. 

Partner and co-founder of Casa Yoga, Yoga school in Guadalajara since 2011. The techniques of the schools where she has ventured most are Viniyoga, Iyengar and Hatha Yoga with different teachers. 

All these years she has accompanied her practice at the same time, with the same interest in studies of philosophy and theory of the philosophical school of Vedanta, Patanjali and Tantra, among others. 

She currently directs the diploma in Hatha Yoga with the University of Guadalajara. She has offered workshops and taken updates throughout this time.
